Diary: 02.06.26
Today was a good day.
I’ve realized even though I know the things that help my mind and body I continually neglect to do them. I will go an entire day without drinking water or moisturizing my hands for example.
In the last few days I have tried almost every habit tracking app I could find. I ended up landing on one called Streaks and it seems to be helping. If it doesn’t work out I may give up and use the built in Calender or Reminders.
After just a few days I am feeling less lethargic and more hopeful. I’m taking my vitamins daily, drinking water regularly and following my skin care routine. Keeping it simple for now.
I didn’t eat wonderful today. Breakfast was a bagel, lunch was a slice of pizza, and dinner was a salad topped with fake chicken. I didn’t mean to buy fake chicken but it was alright, just a bit salty. I hope to add more habits around eating healthier. Maybe meal prepping or a meal service more likely since I’m lazy.
I am feeling a little nervous about an upcoming event at job-2. I booked my nails for Wednesday which should help boost my confidence and morale.
I wish I felt this good overall at the end of every day.
