Goals for 2025
My key goal for this year is to be more honest and true to myself. The anonymity of this blog should allow me to be more vulnerable in exploring what that looks like and how to succeed.
Additionally, I hope to use the two lists below to ensure my energy and time is channelled properly. A positive (and realistic) outcome would be to establish some strong new habits. For now I will just try to ensure I do more of the first and less of the other.
Energy Creators

- clean eating & adequate hydration
- skin/nail/hair care
- wellness (baths, candles, massages)
- reading & journaling
Energy Drainers
- alcohol & poor eating
- news/doom scrolling
- procrastination
- penny level money accounting
- poor work life balance
Beginning today I will close each post with highlights to help with gratitude and notes areas where improvement is needed.
Highlights (since last post):
- Started a new after shower moisturizer routine with heavenly body oil.
- Froze a batch of sliced lemons to make my water more appealing.
- First day in a long time did I did not consume any alcohol.
Needs improvement:
- Ate a greasy breakfast and leftover fast food for dinner.
- Wasted a fair bit of time on social media.
Feeling content.
